
The NIA is privileged to host on Thursday 6 February 2025 at 6 pm a special presentation and discussion of two recent publications on the return of Shoah survivors to their ancestral homes in Greece:

The event will be moderated by fellow-historians Anna Maria Droumbouki (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich) and Philip Carabott (Workshop on the Study of the Jews of Greece).

The event follows the two-day international conference Jewish Urban Landscapes in Mid-20th Century Europe that will take place on 4-5 February. For information on this conference, which is organised in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam (Prof. Dr. Bart Wallet and Dr. Sietske van der Veen) and the Workshop on the Study of the Jews of Greece (Philip Carabott).
