Netherlands Institute Athens19-30 januari 2026: 13e intensieve Winter School "Migration in the Margins of Europe"

The Netherlands Institute at Athens is organizing from January 19-30, 2026 for the thirteenth time the intensive Winter School “Migration in the Margins of Europe“.

It is addressed to postgraduate students and PhD candidates in the field of Social and Political Sciences and is organized in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam and the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology of the VU University of Amsterdam.

The school includes a small fieldwork-research in the center of Athens, which will give students the opportunity to contribute to our project by documenting the life experiences of refugees or social policy actors/NGO’s.
