The NIA is thrilled to participate in the 2024 NWIB Summer School!

Utrecht University and the NWIB institutes in Rome (KNIR), Florence (NIKI) and Athens (NIA) developed this Summer School, connecting their expertise in art history, science, archaeology and cultural heritage to a wide range of contemporary societal issues.
Think of the inherent tension between religious practice and the economic need for tourism, or the complexities surrounding the preservation and ownership of cultural heritage.
Any 2nd and 3rd year bachelor student of one of the following universities is free to apply: Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Radboud Universiteit, Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam, Universiteit van Amsterdam, Universiteit Leiden, Universiteit Utrecht, University College Utrecht or University College Roosevelt.
